Our rooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. All are en-suite. Breakfast consists of a hearty, delicious cooked full English alongside a superb buffet of cereal, fruit and yoghurt served in our delightful oak-panelled dining room. Importantly, our hosts are extremely well-versed in catering to specific diets and will tailor menus accordingly. We specialise in providing Coeliac appropriate menus. We welcome international visitors and Dutch, French and German are all spoken within the hotel......alongside English of course! Unfortunately, due to the nature and patronage of the hotel we cannot accept children, stag, hen or similar parties.

this hotel was terrible smelt musty and bedroom smelled of cheap lavender air freshner,we only stayed one night and when we got up in the morning there was no electricity for any plug socket so no tv, no kettle, hairdryer no hot water for the shower, the owner offered us a cup of tea and biscuits and didn't seem at all apologetic. and still charged us full price and never offered to refund us some of our money as he had made us pay in full up front. i would never ever ever return to the hotel nor world i recommend it.

Management Response
Unfortunately on the night the guests stayed we did have a power cut which affected the surrounding areas too. When this happened my wife did apologise and urge the guests to come downstairs to the lounge and enjoy refreshments and biscuits which the guests declined. The shower in their bedroom is a power shower which requires the heat switching on before showering. The guests arrived at the hotel at 10am yet were not charged for the room until 4pm later that day. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused the guests.

Hotel location was brilliant couple of roads awa from Coral Island. We stayed on the top floor front of the hotel and you could see for miles! The hotel itself was super quiet, you could hear a pin drop, reminded me of visiting my great nan in a nursing home. Not ideal for a young group of lads as we were told to be quiet on a few occasion in the middle of the afternoon lol.
Overall polite service, rooms were very clean and they have free view which is great! Sky Sports News!! Will choose somewere like a stag & hen place next time.

An initial confusion over the room booking was quickly resolved, and the proprieters went out of their way to make this a most pleasant stay. Very well organised. We will definitely be returning.

This hotel is good value for money if you are looking for a quiet hotel which is close to attractions and the beach. We didn't try the food so can't comment on that. Hosts were friendly. We found the room clean and comfortable (with a good shower) but it was rather small. This was fine for one night but we would have struggled if we had stayed for longer. Parking was a problem but I understand that you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange parking.
