This hotel is easy to find and also suitably placed to get into the centre of York within 10 minutes at a dawdle. I found the staff very friendly, especially a night porter named Ben, who truely proved himself to be an asset. The staff went above and beyond the required level of service even going so far as to find out information on activities and things to do in York by searching for them themselves. |
