Having read some mixed reviews about this hotel I was a little apprehensive about my booking. I needn`t have been as I was more than happy with my choice and would have no hesitation about staying here again. The double room was compact, but more than acceptable, clean, well furnished, quiet and with a lovely flat screen TV (working !) The hotel itself is in an exellent location, just a 2 minute work from Earls court tube station with plenty of bars, pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. |

Very nice hotel, good value for money and had a lovely time staying there. Left something in the hotel and the staff were very helpful. They found my lost property and sent it to me first class the next day. |

The hotel was very friendly, but the room we had was very small. On arrival there was no milk in the room to make a cup of tea (very much needed after walking around London)!! My partner went to the reception and asked for milk, but unfortunatley the lady behind the desk did not understand. We were brought soap instead. When we explained to the porter we did eventually get the milk requested. Apart from that the hotel was very clean and I would stay there again. |

Excellent breakfast and hotel generally very good however, please ensure that valuables are put in the safe. The contents of our wardrobe and washbag had been interfered with on the Saturday during our stay and on the Sunday despite having a do not disturb sign on the door we returned from breakfast to find room service had entered our room which was disconcerting as we had left our valuables out. However, thankfully everything was in tact and nothing had been taken during the stay. All in all the hotel is in a good location only a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube and on a quiet street. Would stay again but would be security conscious. |
