A lovely clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. The staff could not have been more friendy or helpful. Very tasty breakfast with a great selection. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

Nice welcome at reception and I was delighted to be given a suite - big room and clean with good facilities. Meals are served in the dining room as part of the leisure complex. Service a little slow despite not many people being served. Try to obtain an upstairs room - less noisy You can hear people moving around above you if you are allocated a room on the ground floor. I had someone at 5.30 am constantly walking from one side of the room to the other.

I arrived in the dark but found the hotel with ease. My room was nice and clean just perfect after my long journey.
The evening meal was okay and the staff pleasant, I though the choice was limited but adequate.
Breakfast only starts at 07.00 and I needed to check out at this time, I checked in the room for the services and breakfast was not mentioned. I asked at reception they hesitated and said they would send up a continental breakfast at 06.45, great. Next morning 06.45 came and went and at 07.05 I was checking out, I was asked if everything was okay I replied yes but I did not get my breakfast, the night porter jumped in and sead I have set up a table for you but you never came down for it! I have not been told or I would have had my breakfast. In summary a good hotel but some training issues required especialy customer service.

Overall a pleasant place to stay - not what you would call lively or full of personality but comfortable for a work stay during the week.
