Welcome to Butlers.
Originally built in 1837 as a Gentleman's Residence, our unique Regency Home is situated in a central yet quiet area of Cheltenham and provides the perfect base for working in or visiting the area. A short stroll will take you to the Promenade, town centre and the quaint Montpellier district. The elegant bedrooms are named after well-known butlers from literature and history.
Nominated for SWT B&B/Guest House of the year 2007/8. Finalist 2006/7.
Free wireless broadband - access all areas. We are a non smoking establishment.
Each room is well equipped with a range of creature comforts and you are also invited to enjoy the private gardens and comfortable guest lounge. We are unable to accommodate children under 5 years. En-suite self catering studios are available as standard rooms or for longer stays.

You may usually check in after 2.00 Pm and our reception is open until 9.00 pm.

GPS Navigation: GL50 3RN Follow the directions or call us on 'hands free' and we'll talk you in. Directions from M5: Leave the Motorway at junction 11 Drive towards the town centre (A40) continuing over two roundabouts and through two sets of lights into Lansdown road. At next set of lights, turn left into Christchurch road (keep to your right). Continue through one set of lights to the end of the road and the mini roundabout (The Church is straight ahead of you). Take the first exit into Malvern Road, then take the second right into Western Road.

Easy to find, we had a sat nav and it directed us right to the front door. Lovely location, close enough to the bars etc to walk but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Quiet residential side street. Stayed in the lower floor bedroom over looking the garden. Big bed but small TV, however lots of Digital channels which make a nice change from the 5 channels you normally get in big chain hotels. Didn't use the wifi but it was registering on my phone so assume it was working. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice cooked to order. Served tea in the drawing room when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Very helpful and friendly owners. Would definately go back and recommend to friends.

A very friendly welcome, with beautiful surroundings to relax in and the added benefit of parking. Centrally located within easy walking distance of the city centre. Hosts were helpful and provided suggestions of local sights and tours around the Cotswolds.
