The hotel itself was clean, modern and should do very well. However, when we went, the evenings were humid and needed air conditioning. As well as that, we faced a building site. Therefore, although we were in hope street, our view was poor as well as being woken up by 8.30 by the drilling and building noise ambience. As those who dine out alot in London,we were looking forward to the cooking but were very, very disappointed. The choice was limited and eg, the calves livers were not on. My starter and main-chicken breast were nondescript with nothing to recommend. Compared to two other restaurants in Hope Street, the food came a very poor third. |

Restaurant was fab but make sure you book in advance as it was very busy. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Only small issue was the hotel bar was closed while we stayed but with so many great pubs and bars in Liverpool it wasn't too much of a problem. |

Fantastic friendly hotel in an up and coming loction. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and efficient and the food was good. They've got it right at the hotel and the fact that a big extension being built on proves it right. We will definately go again. |
