This is a very nice hotel in a quiet suburban street with ample on street parking immediately outside. Rooms are very nice - clean, fresh, and well kitted out. Staff were very good, and I would definitely stay again - I used an Exec suite, for twin occupation and was not disappointed. Its very handy for the city centre too - a 5 minute taxi ride, or a 15 minute walk. |

Nicely located near to Belfast city centre, with plently of free parking and also street parkign when busy. Lifts out of order at time, but this was the only gripe. Front desk very friendly and helpful |

I was kept awake at night due to the sound of the air conditioning unit and staff were unable to correct it or move me to another room. I received a discount. |
