Stayed in one of the small double rooms which was cosy but comfortable for our one night stay. The room and en suite were clean although the toilet seat in the ensuite was damaged and a piece of the window frame was also loose at the window. Some nice touches to the room such as hot chocolate sachets and chocolates on the beds at arrivial. The towels were also of a very high quality (better than some 5 star hotels I've previously stayed at). Breakfast was excellent although it would have been nice to have had some black pudding on the menu. We would definitely stay here again. |

Friendly staff, nice and quiet area next to Botantic Gardens. Good veggie breakfast and information on local facilities. Would not recommend for wheelchair users as it is at the bottom of a hill, but we enjoyed the walking (we needed it to burn off all the food we ate!). Small room but it was no bigger than we required and we knew this already before booking. Staff are prompt to reply to emails before your stay if you need anything. |

Read some of the other reveiws and I just do not know what people expect fot their money. This is a nice, clean, well located small hotel with pleasant staff. There are good quality pubs and restaurants within yards and I enjoyed my brief stay. |

Good location with easy access to all tourist sites with very good bus routes into town. Locally there are some good eating establishments a little cheaper than the town centre location but of equal quality. The staff/ owners could not have been more helpful about the city and how it was best to see t. The new tram route through the city when its finished in 2011 will be fantastic in the meantime be prepared for the delays when moving about. |
