I think the hotel should provide more information in the room ie about the Sauna I only realise there was one after i had checked out. It would also be good to have Tea making facilities in the room. There was a disturbance by I believe another guest and although they cannot account for other peoples behaviour I thin It went on for too long. There needs to be a protcol on how these type of incidents are managed and how an apology is conveyed to paying guest who were disturbed during the night. Although they acknowledged when approached that there was a disturbance they did not apologise for the disturbance |

The hotel was beautiful and the lanscape and gardens were lovely. The hotel itself is outstanding and the staff cannot do enough for you. I ate in the resturant on the first night and the food was superb, I did feel that you had to wisper though as was so quiet. I would defanetely go back, but would pay the extra and stay in one of the rooms with the fires and four poster beds. |

Nice looking Manor House in a nice setting. Our room was small and clean but could do with updating. Our warm warm welcome was marred by unexpected (were not told check out time) and repetitive calls to check out (we got the message the first time). |
