The staff are friendly and helpful. We have been fortunate to have been allocated a room with a balcony for our last three visits, and that has been much appreciated. This time we came on business, and booked two extra rooms for our staff. |

We were not offered a room in the hotel as anticipated prior to booking. We were given a room out the back of hotel in a separate building, which seemed rundown. The first room the mattress was not comfortable for our stay and squeaked after complaining the only room they could offer us was in the same building but the apartment above where we were originally. This had a slightly dank smell we were told that there had been a roof leak the week before (Sure enough there was a sheet of plastic still on the roof). We did accept this room, it was slightly larger than the original one and the beds where comfortable at least. The shower unfortunately did not flow very well and was difficult to rinse hair out as it took so long, using the kettle as a water jug was easier. Friday night there was a disco in the main Hotel which we could hear in the room. There was at least one family in reception the next day asking to be moved because of the noise. We also heard comment from other guests not to use the outside pool toilet as its 'disgusting'. On reflection we wished we had asked for our money back and tried elsewhere. |

Pretty good overall, but I wouldn't be so keen on staying during high season as it could seem v crowded. |
