Hotel Le Grimaldi

We are located in the heart of Nice, just a few minutes’ walk from the Flower Market and the old town as well as the Promenade des Anglais and numerous beaches. Le Grimaldi has been entirely renovated and offers guestrooms which are all equipped with air-conditioning, mini-bars, safes and of course private bathrooms. They have been decorated individually using bright and charming Provençal fabrics according to a colour scheme for each floor.

Take the Promenade des Anglais, east from the airport (coast road). After the Hotel Negresco, turn left at the first set of lights (direction Parking Grimaldi) into Rue Meyerbeer. Go up about three blocks and turn right into Rue Maréchal Joffre. Go straight ahead until you see a Post Office on your left (yellow sign) and take the first left after into Rue Alphonse Karr, then take the first left and immediately first left again which will bring you into Rue Grimaldi. Le Grimaldi is at the top on the right.

    central location with Parking across the street (23 Eruo per night). We stayed with two young kids no problem. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong either.

    The hotel is situted in a nice area only 5 minutes walk from a large number of restaurants and the beach. the staff were very friendly and efficient. My only complains were that the room was rhater small and that the breakfast was not good value for money. Forget the hotel... go and have breakfast in one of the restaurants.

    SMALL POINT-Suggest that guests should check carefully with breakfast waitress that they are being served --and charged--the appropriate level of breakfast service. If they don't-they will be charged for the full 15 Euro american breakfast rather than the 8 Euro continental
