The decor was very good and the ensuite lovley, but it was an attic room which only had asmall skylight window which was dirty so it was very dark and claustrophobic. It had no central heating, only a small plug in heater was in the room which had not been put on so the room was freezing , and was not enough to heat it . We did ask for another one , but they said they were turning the heating up in the whole building, it did warm it up more but not sufficiently. |

The room heating was inadequate even though the radiator thermostats were on max (5) in both bedroom & bathroom they only got luke warm, which considering how the temperatures plummetted this left a chill feeling in the actual room, but other than this there were no other problems |

Unless you are going to be clubbing till the early hours of the morning, then do not stay here. We were not informed that there was a private party in the hotel on the night of our stay, and when we got back to the hotel after a night out we were met with ear piercing music. This went on till after midnight and was totally unacceptable. We were initially allocated room 1 on the ground floor but asked to change as it smelled very musty and very small. The staff were pleseant and moved us on request to a larger room which was of a more superior quality in fixtures and fittings. |
