The room was very warm even though we turned all the radiators down. This made a good nights sleep impossible. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was not particularly good for anyone with mobility problems as the stairs were steep and the hotel reception was on the first floor, also disabled parking was a problem. |

Great hotel very close to centre of Harrogate and only a short walk to shops and bars. Staff very helpful. Room was comfortable and warm with excellent facilities. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed, the food was excellent. Breakfast was cooked to order and again was excellent. We will definately be staying here again. |

Very friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Our room was small but well equiped and furnished including a PS2 and flatscreen TV. Great view over the city also from the top floor. We were asked if we wanted to eat in the restaraunt downstairs, and we were so pleased we did. The food was fantastic, and it is worth while booking a table at the same time as your room as it is very very busy. We will definately be visiting again. |
