Edinburgh's finest Small Hotel. A-Haven is a Victorian Town House Hotel which has fourteen well equipped, high quality bedrooms all with en-suite facilities at value for money prices close to Edinburgh city centre. It is personally managed by your host David Kay who will make sure you receive a true Scottish welcome and are well looked after during your stay Our promise to you is that your bedroom will be exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable with individually controlled central heating, television (some digital), hospitality tray, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, trouser press, co-ordinated decor and quality furniture. In our main hallway we have a computer for free guest access yo the internet along with wireless availability in certain parts of the building. You will also find a charming lounge with interesting bric-a-brac and antiques waiting for you to relax in after your busy day and unwind with a 'dram' from our well stocked bar. Bed and a hearty highland breakfast are provided for you in the tariff. There are Restaurants nearby which offer a wide selection of food for lunch and dinner. All are just a 10 minute walk from A-Haven

Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast, easy to find in edinburgh. Buses to town centre just outside door every ten minutes

Excellent accomodation,facilities and customer service. The "Hearty Highland Breakfast" was superb and will set you up nicely for the day. I would suggest however that some taller and wider guests may find the bathroom in the single room a bit on the snug side !

Outstanding service in a lovely small friendly hotel. Tremendous value for money. Very clean room with all amenities. Good location on bus route to city centre or walk to Princess St in about 20mins. Thoroughly recommend and would definately stay here again.
