Was promised entry to room at 12 noon to get ready for a taxi at 1pm to attend a wedding. Did not gain entry until 12.30 leaving little time to prepare. We appeared to be an irritation to the staff because of this. I think we price paid for the room (£60) was a more accurate rate than the hotels normal price (£140). |
