The hotel is situated within short distance from Via Appia Nuova the Roman Castles, the Archaeological Park of Via Appia Antica and the city centre are only 20 minutes away.Easy reachable for the vicinity to most important way of communication like G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare = Rome ring), subway Anagnina, railway station and Ciampino Airport, all connect by a shuttle service with charge. Coming from Florence (A1) exit at Roma Nord. On arrival at Rome stay on the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare = Rome ring) towards Ciampino and exit at 23 - Appia. After the exit turn left direction Albano, go ahead for about 400 m. and turn right in a small tunnel towards Ciampino Centro. After 400 m you will find our hotel on your right side with a panel indicating Alta Quota Residence. Coming from Naples (A1) exit at Roma Sud. On arrival at Rome stay on the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare = Rome ring) towards Ciampino and exit at 23 - Appia. After the exit turn left direction Albano, go ahead for about 400 m. and turn right in a small tunnel towards Ciampino Centro. After 400 m you will find our hotel on your right side with a panel indicating Alta Quota Residence.From Roma Termini railway station catch one of the following trains to Roman Castles (Frascati, Albano, Velletri) or to Cassino and get off at Ciampino station. From the station the hotel is reachable by taxi, by bus line to Ciampino airport (stop Acqua Appia) or call the hotel for shuttle service. At the entrance you will find a panel indicating Alta Quota Residence. From Ciampino airport main entrance turn right, then keep going straight ahead and turn right towards Ciampino Centro. After 300 m you will find our hotel on your right side with a panel indicating Alta Quota Residence. From the airport the hotel is reachable by taxi, by bus (stop Acqua Appia) or call the hotel for shuttle service.

    Ideal for what we needed - hotel near to Ciampino Airport for early morning flight. Transfer from hotel to Airport less than 5 minutes even in rush hour.

    Great located very very close to airport - you hear planes land/take off.
    Make sure you book the minibus from the hotel (I had a number which I called out hours and it went to voicemail!). Email inadvance to book hotel minibus and arrange a time. Taxi drivers were going to rip me off (which I wasn't having any of) before the bus arrived! Luckily the bus turned up for someone else in the knick of time and I grabbed a lift!
    Basic hotel, thin walls, adaquate great location. First hotel bus in the morning is 5am which suited me fine. 2mins drive to C. airport.
    Felt safe as a single female though there is a bit of a walk 50m from the reception to some of the accomodation - felt nervous walking there in dark of the morning though there is lights.
    Would use again but only as a option to get to the airport. Would definitly stay in a city centre hotel unless I had a later/early morning flight

    Hotel was excellently situated to Ciampino airport. Staff spoke English so was easy to check in. Room was very clean but basic and was very good for the price. Breakfast was pretty poor quality however I didn't sample the evening meal. I would stay here again

    Stayed three nights; first night was noisy because of (Italian) schoolchildren running around unsupervised. After they had gone, the hotel was quiet. It's a well-run place with helpful staff who speak English.
