This hotel's website speaks of being "nestled" in hills and set in "landscaped gardens". In reality it is a rambling hotch potch of architectural styles on a busy main road and surrounded entirely by tarmac and the car park to the adjacent leisure centre. No sign of landscaped gardens unless by this they mean a small and inaccessible central courtyard with a pocket handkerchief lawn and minimalist shrubbery. Staff inattentive and indifferent. Some of the langauge used by the staff when they thought no one could hear them was colourful and enough to make a regimental sergeant major blush. Food poor. While two of the restaurants were passable the third resembled a sleazy pub at the lower end of the spectrum. Food average to poor. |

Good value for money , however a few small tweaks to the rooms will make this hotel perfect. |
