The staff were really friendly, the food was very good. I was on my own and it took 45 mins for my course to arrive. Others who arrived at the same time or after me seemed to get their food quicker. Fortunately I had a book otherwise I would have felt veryuncomfortable. |

Had to wait at the coctail bar for about 10 mins as it was unmanned and had eventually to ask reception to be served. However, service was very good once this had been rectified. |

On Late Rooms they say the standard room rate is £129 so I thought a room for £59 would be good value. However, rate card on counter showed normal rate for this room to be £79 so I immediately felt conned. Room had stains on the wallpaper, remote control didn't work and Wi Fi was extremely troublesome. Breakfast was good and staff serving it were helpful but otherwise I wouldn't recommend this place. |

Friendly staff but somewhat disorganised. Seemed to be more interested in looking after coach parties. We were told we could go to the Bistro Restaurant on Sunday by 6pm but when we went along at 5.30pm we were told the Carvery was finished and we had to return after 6pm for dinner. On the following night we went back to the Bistro Restaurant only to be redirected to the main restaurant because Bistro was booked for a private party. On the last night we waited at the main one while waitresses were setting up tables only to be told (after we asked) that we were to be in the Bistro again. |
