Egypt Mill is situated in the unspoilt Cotswold town of Nailsworth. A former 16th Century Mill we have an idyllic setting with the River Frome running through the grounds. Rooms are well equipped and all have their own private facilities. Traditional and contemporary dishes are served in our uniquely styled restaurant at reasonable prices. A choice of real ales and fine wine complements the menu.Walking distance into the delightful historic market town of Nailsworth offering varied shops, crafts & antiques to wander around.For walkers & cyclists we are located on the National Cycle Path and only minutes from the beautiful National Trust Rodborourgh & Minchinhampton Commons.

From The M5 (North or South)Leave M5 at junction 13, following A419 east, towards Stroud. After approx 4 miles you will reach the roundabout outside Sainsburys’s, turn left, then at next roundabout turn right. Almost immediately the road forks, take the right hand fork. After approx ¼ mile turn right at T-junction onto A46. Follow this for approx 5 miles to Nailsworth. As you enter the town Egypt Mill is on left hand side.From the M4 (East or West)Leave M4 at junction 18, following A46 north, towards Stroud. After approx 18 miles, you will descend a long hill. At the bottom of the hill is Nailsworth. Go straight on at mini-roundabout. Egypt Mill is 20 metres on right hand side.

this was our 2nd visit to the Egypt Mill and on both occassions we were not disappointed in what we received. the hotel is in a wonderful setting and the food is one of the main reasons we returned.. would definately go there again

The hotel was easy to find. We stayed overnight. There is a wide choice in the cooked breakfast. It is a very nice place to stay only downside is our room was near the main road and it was very noisy (cars passing )I found it difficult to go to sleep)it would be best avoid rooms 16,17,18 as they seem nearest the road.
