The Quality Carlton Beaulieu offers 33 very comfortable rooms in decorated in a refined manner featuring air-conditioning and other expected modern conveniences. Hotel contains a nice private swimming pool, tennis courts and a nearby casino. The beach is a simple five minute walk away.

Coming from France on the Autoroute (Motorway) A8, take the exit N° 50 Promenade des Anglais/Nice Center , and go through the Promenade des Anglais. On the Port of Nice, take the D6098 ex N98 heading east to Villefranche/Beaulieu/Eze (Basse Corniche/coastal road). Beaulieu-sur-Mer is located after Villefranche-sur-Mer, and the Quality Hôtel Carlton is close and behind the Casino. To avoid Nice, go along the Autoroute A8 and take the exit N° 56 Monaco. After the tunnel and at the second traffic light, turn right and take the D37 Cap d Ail centre . Then on the Basse Corniche (the lower costal road), take the D6098 Ex N98 direction Eze/Beaulieu-sur-Mer, on your right at the roundabout. From Nice Côte d Azur airport with a rented car, take the direction Nice Center through the Promenade des Anglais etc... (Distance Nice airport-Beaulieu 17 km, see details above) . Taxis are available in front of each terminal (2) and will take about 30 to 45 minutes depending of the traffic to reach Beaulieu-sur-mer and the cost will be around 60/70 Euros day time and week days. You can also take the shuttle N° 98 to the intercity bus station (4 Euros) where you can catch the bus N° 100 (1 EUR) to Beaulieu-sur-mer (running between 6:00 am to 8:00 pm) An another shuttle, the N° 99 goes to the main train station Gare de Nice Ville where you can catch a train to Beaulieu-sur-mer, which takes about 10 minutes (running between 6:00 am and midnight, costs about 2.20 Euros per person) The hotel is 5 mn away by foot from the train station. Coming from Italy on the Autoroute A8, take the exit N° 58 Roquebrune/Monaco. Then take the D51 direction Beausoleil/Monaco. On the Moyenne Corniche (Middle Corniche) take the N7 direction Monaco/Nice/Cap d Ail, then the D6007 ex N7 Nice/Cap d Ail Center. Remain on the left after the gasoline station Total and take the D37 Cap d Ail Center. On the Basse Corniche, take the D6098 ex N98 to Eze/Beaulieu-sur-Mer on your right at the roundabout. You can also take the exit N° 49 Menton, cross the city to reach the coastal road and then follow the D6098 ex N98 to Roquebrune. Using this itinerary, you will cross Monaco, take the D6098 ex N 98 direction Nice Basse Corniche, lower coastal road to Cap d Ail, Eze-bord-de-mer and finally Beaulieu-sur-mer.     Good, clean, value for money hotel. Handy for Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes etc.
    Clean towels and sheets daily. Good breakfast for 10 euro.
    Pleasant staff with English well spoken if your french isn't. Recommended.

    NIce quiet location, convenient to the town centre, bus and rail services. Nice pool with good facilites. Friendly staff. Ideal for older couple.

    Nice old building with period features in a quiet residential area. It has a nice front patio with well maintained local plnts. The rooms, toilets and common areas are kept extreemly clean and that is the bigest advantage of this hotel. Entrance hall, breakfast room, bar and the standard rooms are quite small. It would be difficult to spend there more than one or two nights. Outside summer season there is nothing more that the hotel can offer to the guests. The swimming pool is closed and there are no recreational facilities. It should be classified as a 3 star hotel at the most.
