Cannot fault the stay at any point , we arrived to be given a room with a very comfortable four poster bed which was a welcome surprise and the staff were friendly and helpful and even provided information of the ghost that is supposed to be at the hotel (something I have an interest in) , overall first rate and will definatly stay again

Room was more like a prison cell than a hotel room very dark and a high window that wouldnt close properly. Food very average

The hotel was centrally positioned and was very clean and user friendly.
The management team have obviously been trained very well as the service i received was very good, very efficient booking in procedure. The food in the Pub is of a very good standard and was busy for a wednesday.

Lovely location lots of resturants and a nice breakfast. Only complaint is the masive aircon unit right outside the back of the hotel. I don't think they could find a noisier unit if they tried
