Room was cold on arrival as heating not switched on and only one set of towels for a double room with two guests. Reception were quick to remedy both these issues on being notified. Bed comfortable and customer service was good; friendly staff.

I stayed here last year and many improvements have taken place since then - in particular the quality of the food in the restaurant has improved
