Not so much a hotel, more 4 rooms or suites in a tradtional Italian apartment block. The rooms were adequate, clean and comfortable and were good value for money. The downside was the noise, the rooms were located on a very busy street so traffic was considerable (although a busy day sightseeing left us so tired we slept through the noise on the second day). The hotel owner had agreed to arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport and bring us direct to the hotel, but this failed to materialise, despite our phone calls to him from the airport and being told it was 'on its way'. After one hour of waiting we took the bus into town then picked up a taxi. Not the best start to the holiday and although owner friendly and very apologetic (there had been an accident which had prevented the pick-up) and made us supper by way of recompense I would advise others to make their own arrangements. Further on hindsight the hotel was too far away from the main action - good for the Vatican but too far from main sights such as Colloseum. |

I stayed here with my boyfriend whilst we were visiting Rome, the place was very nice and close to the vatican and other attractions-the area itself seemed pleasant. The owner was very welcoming and very helpful and the room was extremely clean, couldnt fault it! I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean and accessible place to stay. |

Excellent location 5 mins from the Vatican and just 2 streets back from the river! Breakfast is great with loads of choice and the owners are so helpful. Our room was pristine with a spotless bathroom and everything looked brand new. Overall an mazing place especially for the price. Will be going back next year. |

We were a bit tentative about booking a B&B on line for a different country, especially in light of having so little information on it, but on arrival we found Annette B&B adequately met our needs. |

Family run Italian B&B. Good location short distance from vatican and St Angelo bridge. Rooms are VERY clean with good sheets and towels, but very simple. Breakfast is continental style but pretty basic. Apart from these points the place was ideal for what we needed as a base for exploring Rome, and very friendly! |
