Very nice hotel, great location. Staff were efficient and polite. Location was fantastic for the city centre, we were there for a shopping trip and found it was close to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel so couldn't rate that. Only issue we had was parking as it's not clear but the hotel staff are very helpful and will give you directions. |

Room on the small side. Internet access not included and use via very short wire on cramped desk. Having paid for the internet in my room when waiting to leave the hotel they then wanted to charge me again to use it in the lobby despite having already paid for 24 hours. |
