The hotel room was very hot, the air conditioning was not working.
We reported this to the resception nothing was done about it.
I am really sorry as the hotel is in a great part of London.

The hotel was superb with an individual and luxurious decor. Ideally located, centrally located for all the male shops, so an ideal place to take your man. My husband was delighted. Only two doors down from The Jermyn Street Theatre too.
