Very convenient location in the middle of the city and easy to reach car park. Room was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was delicious and all staff were friendly. Overall a good stay, only one point for improvement- it is quite annoying that the chambermaid kept knocking on the door in the morning to see if we were in there so she could clean- surely she should find out from reception who has departed and who hasn't to avoid disturbing you. |

the room was in the middle of the hotel. It looked out via an internal window to the stairs and the gym. Had to close the curtains for privacy. Windows did not open room extremely hot. The room was well furnished as was the bathroom. No doubt other rooms would have been far better. Just a bad room and they were fully booked. Great central location |

A substantial City centre hotel in an almost perfect position.Rooms slightly old fashioned, but this is not really a problem. The food on Sunday evening left something to be desired.Overall a pleasant relaxing place to stay with good helpful staff. |

Customer service was quite good overall, quick room service. On the whole the room was clean, although there were blood stains on the bedding. The room was alrite, average size and quite dark but comfortable. As for breakfast, the buffet style would be brilliant if the staff worked together - there were not enough tables which meant people were waiting to be seated for around 15 mins. Then when you get a table there is a wait for any food to be available on the hot plate, the worst for me was asking 3 different waiters for tea and taost and still not recieving any at all. |

First thing if mobile access is important to you check first. When I arrived the original room did not have a signal and it states in the info that this can be an issue. This was very important to me for various reasons. However the staff were very helpful and changed my room.... which as well as not having a signal was very claustrophobic just big enough for the double bed and looked over a flat roof. |
