From M5 - leave M5 at junction 30. Take the A379 to Exeter and Dawlish. At the Countess Wear roundabout, take the third exit to City Centre and follow Topshom Rood for about 2 miles. At the main junction, follow the road round in the right lane onto Magdalen Street. The hotel is then on the right, by the pedestrian crossing.

From A38 - Exit the A38 onto the A379 signed to Dawlish. Follow signs to Exeter City Centre. From A30 (Honiton) - After passing under the M5. follow signs to Exeter City Centre. At first set of traffic lights, turn right towards Heavitree and City Centre. Continue for approx one mile. At the road fork traffic lights, take the left hand fork along Mogdalen Road. Pass through the shops and turn left at the junction onto Magdalen Street. The hotel is on the left hand side, just before pedestrian crossing.

From A30 Okehampton) - Take the exit for Exeter City Centre and follow signs to the centre. At the Exe Bridges roundabout, follow the road round to the right signed for City Centre and the inner bypass. Continue up the hill, through the traffic fights and pass the public car park on the right. The hotel is then on the right, by the pedestrian crossing.
