Terms and Conditions for "Heritage Hotel"<br />=================================<br /><br />Booking Conditions<br />=====================<br />All bookings are subject to availability, in the unlikely event that there is no availability at the hotel your card will not be debited and you will be informed immediately.<br /><br />Payment<br />=====================<br />Please note that full payment is taken at the time of booking.<br /><br />Cancellations<br />=====================<br />Please provide at least 48 hours notice of any changes or cancellations. Any cancellations within the 48 hour notice period will be liable to a minimum of £30 cancellation charge.<br /><br />Damages<br />=====================<br />Any damage to hotel property and equipment in rooms or anywhere in the property caused by room guests shall be paid in full by the room guests and will automatically be added to your bill. Also an additional charge will be incurred for any lost or damage to Room Cards / Keys.<br /><br />Smoking<br />=====================<br />We have a strict no smoking policy in the hotel.<br /><br />Valuables<br />=====================<br />The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in guest’s rooms or elsewhere in the hotel.
