Great location, friendly & helpful service, hearty breakfast with plenty of choices. Thoughtful service - very helpful to my parents who needed directions to railway station. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bath. |

Our arrival was welcoming as the hotelier escorted us up the (many) stairs and carried most of our luggage for us. Our room was great and had a view over part of the town. The couple who run the hotel were most obliging with regard to our need for email access as a matter of urgency and let us use their computer. The hotel itself is lovely inside, and the breakfast room is very interesting. It is centrally placed and you can walk to the centre and station in 10 minutes. |

This is really a first class Bed & Breakfast rather than a hotel, and is all the better for it. Mary & Giovanni have a great attention to detail without being OTT, being both professional and friendly. A passing tip from our experience would be to time your morning shower! The breakfast window between 8.00 and 9.15 put heavy demand on the hot water header tank, with our room (No 2) not getting any until after breakfast. The hotel was full, and this did not detract from a wonderful stay. The cleanliness and location made the Kennard a superb choice. |
