Family Seyeddain and the whole staff are pleased to welcome you at our hotel. We are a family run hotel and many professors of the university and members of the famous"Burgtheater" are our regular customers. We are always trying to fulfill the individual wishes of our visitors. Our location in the heart of Vienna and our congenial permit rooms are the reasons, why our guests gladly return. Rooms and Sevice: Our hotel consits 40 well appointed rooms. They are equiped with shower,toilet, telephone,automatic wakeup calls,and cable-TV. The room-priece includes a rich breakfast buffet, service and all taxes.

    Good Location near the Rathus Metro station ... very friendly staff.. helped in booking tours and gave lot of information about the city ... Not many choices in breakfast

    The Hotel is close to the Rathaus, which is very central to Vienna. It is close to an underground station and close to the Hofburg. It looks a bit rough from the outside but is very clean and cosy inside. The beds are great, decent matrasses, and the rooms are spotless. Although you have to check out at 11am, you can leave your luggage in a little room by reception to pick up later. It is also very quiet and the central heating works a treat. Breakfast is a bit elementary but you should be able to find something you like. I would definately recommend this hotel to business or leisure travellers.

    Room no.19 where I was staying was in front of the kitchen and from early morning it was very noisy. Hotel management should replace the room's door with the sound-proof door as it is unpossible to sleep after 7am there! All the rest was OK.
