FROM THE AIRPORT : The Alilaguna Boat Shuttle is a public service leaving every hour . In 1 hour and 10 minutes you reach San Marco Boat Station .From here take your left hand and continue through the main street Via XXII Marzo . At the end of it you will see the Hotel. You can also decide to take a private taxi boat that in 30 minutes will reach the closest canal of the Hotel .

FROM TRAIN STATION AND CAR PARKINGS OF PIAZZALE ROMA : You can take public boat NÁ1 and get off at the Boat Station named Santa Maria del Giglio (Station NÁ13) immediately you will find the Square named Santa Maria del Giglio and on the right hand there is a bridge named Ponte delle Ostreghe. Once you cross the bridge you will find the Hotel. Also here you can take a private water taxi and reach the closest canal of the Hotel in 10/15 minutes.

FROM TRONCHETTO CAR PARKING : The only possibility is with public boat NÁ 82 and you will reach San Marco Boat Station .From here take your left hand and continue through the main street Via XXII Marzo . At the end of it you will see the Hotel.

only the breakfast room is to small and the breakfast is not what I expect but for 3 star hotel is good . The room is more than 3 star nice and clean.

The hotel directions seemed clear but it was difficult to find, had to ask other hotels twice to get there, freindly staff, we did arrive for breakfast towards the end of the sitting and there was very little left they did not seem to replenish the supplies

We were disapointed overall with the hotel. The room was small, furnishings worn It was also next to the boiler/staff washing up room. The shower room was tiny and shabby. Breakfast coffee was undrinkable and kettle never reached boiling point for diy tea making. The staff were friendly and the bed comfortable. Our views have to be set against the cost of the hotel which for for its position was very reasonable. How it achieves 3 stars is questionable
