Situated in South Kensington - one of the more upmarket locations in London. Surrounded by quality shopping areas such as Knightsbridge, Kings Road Chelsea and Sloane Street. Encircled also by a multitude of In-room technology has been discreetly fed into each room, with touch screen telephones, high speed Internet access and a fully interactive audio visual system. All luxury bathrooms are lavishly decorated in marble and complete with Jacuzzi and walk-in showers. The hotel lavishly incorporates six hundred tonnes of marble from Turkey, Italy and Africa as well as intricate mosaic designs throughout the property. Other features include a Turkish Bath (Hamam), walk-in marble-lined shower, wine cellars, cigar divan, imperial suite, with private dining room and grand piano. There are also three meeting rooms with capacity for up to 60 delegates.

Unfortunately the bar and facilities were out of use due to a private ambassadorial function - however the staff were superb, and demonstrated an attention to the customer and customer service sadly lacking in most hotels. And their housekeeping staff must also be praised, the room was spotless and a pleasure to stay in.
