A-1 Pension Ross Prague is a great place to stay in Prague. It is located in a quiet residential area close to the centre. In our relaxed and friendly family-run Bed and Breakfast/Hotel/Guesthouse you can use a secure basement garage or park your car next to the pension on our garden.Children welcome regular bed regular price.
The centre of Prague is easily and quickly accessible thanks to near subway station ‘Depo Hostivař’, located on the ‘A’ (green) subway line. Within 3 minutes walk there are bars, restaurants, a bowling centre and a shopping center Europark, where you can find for example Interspar and OBI. On every room our guests can enjoy Sat TV including approximately 250 programmes in more than 40 languages. Wifi internet connection is available. In case of nice weather you can swim in our enclosed swimming pool (it is usually possible from May to Semptember).
Moreover, every room has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Each studio (apartment) has in addition a kitchen area with stove and fridge with freezer. There is a breakfast bar in a passage including floor fridge with many drinks, for example famous czech beer. Our accommodation is suitable both for long and short stays.

Directions to A -1 Pension Ross Prague

We offer a transfer from airport / train or bus station to our pension. It is more comfortable and less stressful then to go by mass traffic on your own, or then to use quite expensive taxi service. If you are in Prague, it is definitely the best way for you how to find us. A ticket for public transport in Prague costs 20 CZK (26 CZK from 1st of January 2008, ~ 1 EUR) and is valid for 75 minutes, so it will last for the whole journey to our pension. In Prague there are 3 subway lines – A, B, C, denoted by green, yellow and red colour. From the center take the subway from the stations Staroměstská, Můstek or Muzeum located on the green 'A' line to the terminate station Depo Hostivař and then transfer to the bus number 163 to the Drobná bus stop. Then cross the street and go the left, on the crossroad you will find a sign Pension Ross with an arrow, showing you the way to our pension. From the airport take the bus number 119 and go to the subway station Dejvická (on the line 'A'), then take the subway to the terminate station Depo Hostivař and transfer to the bus number 163 to the Drobná bus stop. Then cross the street and go the left, on the crossroad you will find a sign Pension Ross with an arrow, showing you the way to our pension.     A-1 Pension Ross is about 40 minutes from the centre of Prague by train and bus. Even so, the journey is easy and pleasant as the public transport is safe, reliable and clean. Ross & Emily were wonderful hosts - very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were basic but very clean and tidy, and would give a lot of 3* hotel rooms a run for their money. The transfer service to/from the airport (for a vey reasonable fee) made life easy for us.

    The pension may be a little far out, but as a family we prefered to stay outside of Prague and the public transport is frequent and easy to use. Ross and Emily are extremely helpful, we had a guided tour around the area, informed of the best places to eat and shop, given maps and timetables and instructions on how to use the public transport. The whole atmosphere at the pension was very friendly and we were made to feel part of the family. Breakfast was huge! See you next year guys!

    a little far out but good public transport makes this ok. our host picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable fee. all in all they couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable

    This was a very nice pension with a friendly and welcoming service. The room was a good size with good facilities. The pension is in a quiet residential location close to a shopping park. Although it is some way from the city centre it is easily accessible by bus and metro. Breakfast was also very enjoyable!

    Ross and Emili were very helpful during our stay. Personaly showing and assisting us to buy
    bus and metro tickets. They showed us the stops to get on and off at, and where to go in Prague. The hotel is in a quiet suburb, and very easy to get to. Clean and friendly.
