It was a cosy room, perhaps a bit on the small side. I loved the shower gel, soap, conditioner etc in the bathroom. The coockies were delicious as well. Fantastic location. |

The room was fairly small but well decorated and comfortable. The reception staff were good and the Polish barman very friendly. Unfortunately the aged lift dropped twice when returning to our room on 5th floor which was a bit scary and was out of order the following day. Overall a very nice holtel and we would stay again. |

Excellent helpful staff and wonderful surroundings. I would really recommend this hotel as it really did exceed my expectations. You don't always get a lot for your money in London but I felt that this hotel was very good value. The rooms are lovely with added touches like Penhaligons toiletries , bathrobes and slippers. I will stay here again as also very central, only 3 minute walk to Marble Arch tube. |
