Huge and well appointed rooms (all suites) in good location by the city ramparts. Staff were friendly but the hotel lacked atmosphere and gave more the impression of a block of serviced appartments. Good value considering space and location. |

Had a few problems in that the hotel was advertised at (an unbelievable) 10 Euros per room and when we came to check out we found that it was a mis-print and should have been 100 Euros per room. However, the manager didn't charge us for breakfast (16 Euros each). After he spoke to Late Rooms he advised us to pay the full amount of 100 Euros per room (2 rooms) and sort it out when we got home. We took this up with Late Rooms when we got home and the manager has since offered to refund us 135 Euros (for two rooms). Just hope he keeps his word! Hotel is in a pretty central location and is better inside than it looks from the outside. Parking is in a multi-storey car park with access directly into the hotel and although there is reserved hotel parking it is not free or even discounted. |

The rooms are huge, very clean and well presented. Only 2 or 3 staff seemed to be running the whole hotel from bar, reception and house-keeping which was not very efficient. The cooked breakfast was also dissappointing considering the quality of the rest of the hotel. |
