Cheap and cheerful... not the cleanest place (stains all over the carpet, filthy and shredded curtains, hairs and fluff behind the bathroom door, and some weird yellowish smear on the bathroom wall), but shower pressure was decent, bed was comfy and wasn't expecting much more for £59 per night B&B. Parking was alright (stayed on a Monday) and had free wifi access.

Very welcoming and helpful staff - a small point, but one of the staff went out to buy me a newspaper immediately he found out that they had not ordered one for me.

Good convenient hotel near Manchester airport. Few hundred yards from Metro and train station. Easy to get into Manchester. Room was small but comfortable and nice enough. Buffet breakfast and kitchen staff were very nice. Staff at reception not so welcoming - edging on rude at times. Good hotel for 1 or 2 night stay, but perhaps not for week long holiday?

Nice hotel. great conference facilities and very nice restaurant (waiting staff seemed a bit inexperienced , but nevertheless very nice) Will definitely stay again.
