CANCELLATION POLICY (except during Fairs and Events): rooms may be cancelled without penalty at least 24 hours before guest arrival date (before 12 AM). Hotel will be able to charge a one night amount as penalty.<br />In Fairs and Events periods, cancellation and minimum stay policy will be as follows:<br />Cancellations without penalty at least 7 days before guest arrival date. Hotel will be able to charge the full stay amount as penalty for bookings which include, in part or totally, the following periods:<br />3GSM from 10th to 14th of February 2008 (both included) <br />ALIMENTARIA from 10th to 14th of March 2008 (both included) <br />FORMULA 1 from 25th to 26th of April 2008 (both included) <br />MOTOS from 06th to 07th of June 2008 (both included) <br />BREAD & BUTTER from 04th to 06th of July 2008 (both included) <br />Cancellations without penalty at least 3 days before guest arrival date.
