If you're looking for somewhere to stay don't worry about choosing this place. I gave it some 5s - that shouldn't be taken to mean there was a problem in any of these areas. The breakfast was well cooked, well presented and the choice was huge. Worth going just for that. |

An excellent place to stay in the Lakes, very easy for Windermere and Bowness. The bed was the most comfortable with extra pillows and cushions already there. Breakfast choices were wide ranging. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Peaceful at night. I would return any time. |

Loved this place, our room was beautiful, the breakfast was great and it is only a 5/10min walk into Bowness. I had one of the best nights sleep ever and will definitely be coming back. If I had to find fault the only thing I could say is that the towels are pretty small, but that's just me being very picky! |

Glenville House gave a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The rooms are well equipped with high quality furnishings and finish; plenty of storgae space for clothes etc. The rooms also give a high level of sound proofing from other rooms thus I had an excellent sleep each night. The breakfast menu was expansive, fantastic hot food and I never left the breakfast table feeling like I needed more. Also the cookies in our room were to die for. I would highly recommend this establishment and will be going again. |
