staffs at swallow hotels were all frendly and nice.i and my sister,i travelled with really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't fault any of the staff, they were all very helpful.
Although the room was a bit shabby, it was very clean. The refurbishment which is due to start will obviously fix the shabbiness, and I would be very happy to stay here again. Glad I didn't pay full price in current state though.

Good hotel, rooms tired and let the place down, but new owners plan are in process of renevating and enlarging rooms. Food in bar excellent and reasonable price. Recommend.

Very upset at having little sleep, pipes in room were rattling all night and doors in corrider banged when people were coming in at 4am
