From the end of the M62 Motorway follow signs for Liverpool City Centre. After approx 2 miles you will pass a large Thomas Cook Travel Agents and then Liverpool Digital Building on your left. Continue along this road until you see a Total Branded Petrol Station on your righthand side of the road. Drive for approx 200m and you will need to do a U turn in the road and drive again towards the Petrol Station. Turn left as if turning into the petrol station and the Hotel can be found in the grounds behind the station.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpfull with everything we asked for, the answer was never no! The rooms were warm, comfy and clean. Food and drink was excellent. The only poor comment would be that the decor of the room and hotel interior (except reception), was quite dated and old fashoned - other than that - a welcoming and very pleasant experience.

this hotel was appalling! i am so glad that because of booking through late rooms i did not pay the full £120! the hotel stinks and is riddled with damp. in my room the wallpaper was that old the pattern had worn away in places, the bathroom was full of mold and the sink taps fell off during our stay. the only good thing going for that hotel is that it is a £5 taxi ride into the city centre!!!

Didn't believe 'hotels' like this still existed. Like other reviewers I also saw scaffolding around the building but not convinced it was being done up - fear scaffolding might have been holding the hotel up.
