What can i say? The room was fantastic, a six foot bed very very hard to get out of for the beautiful breakfast that we received, customer service was excellent, in a great location just ten minutes walk into town centre, i would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Small car park so get there early if you need a space. Fantastic views, lovely breakfast. We were on top floor in the eaves and the bed was very very soft (I prefer a firmer mattress), the bed felt as though it was sloping downwards towards the headboard, which made me feel queasy (as it's 2 old houses made into 1 building maybe the floor was uneven). Staff friendly and helpful. Air-con helped to control the temperature as it was stuffy in the room. Fantastic city! |

Excellent family run hotel, very accommodating (tea served in lounge on arrival). TV with DVD player in room, four poster bed. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent, even champagne if you wanted it. Close to the centre of Bath easy walk about 10 minutes. Not a great deal of parking space onsite, but could park easily nearby if required. Would definately go back and recommend to friends. |

My only reservation was the not very safe-feeling walk back up from town, thru the dark underpass, in the dark as a lone female. However, got taxis- well worth the £4 fare. |
