Arrived after midnight - rang ahead in a panic at the delay but there was no problem and they were very courteous. Think reception is probably open all night. My room was clean and perfectly adequate. I nearly panicked thinking there was no full-length mirror, but eventually found one behind the door. There was a reasonably-priced minibar, but being Irish, I could have done with a kettle and a few teabags!
The breakfast was fine if unexciting. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Also I was staying two nights, and they didn't hassle me about cleaning the room on my first morning. I didn't go out 'til two in the afternoon, but they didn't disturb me, and still cleaned the room before I got back in the small hours. The unbroken sleep was much appreciated as I have a small baby at home.
Also the hotel is central. I'd recommend it and will probably stay there again next time I'm in Brussels.
