From the Train Station 5 minuts by walk : Take on your lelf, the Avenue Thiers and take the Avenue Jean Medecin (sea direction and follow the Tramway line). After 500 meters, front of the Nice Etoile Commercial Center, you find our street Rue paul Deroulede. From Highway A8, take the Exit N°50 "Promenades des Anglais", after 3 kms, when you see on your left the Boulevard Gambetta (Before the Negresco), take this boulevard to the petrol station BP and turn on your right (Rue Verdi). Before the last street, take the left street called "Avenue Auber" to "Place Mozart". Arrived at the "Place Mozart" and after the Parking, take the right direction on "Rue Beetoven" . This street will change of name to "Rue paul Déroulède". Here we are. Continue and you will see the Grand Hotel LE FLORENCE. PUBLIC PARKING :Stop front of the hotel to let your luggage and we explain you how to park your car at the public Parking (Special Hotel rate). From the Airport By Direct Bus : Stop at Place Massena +/- 3.8 euros/p. and take the Avenue Jean Medecin (direction North) After 500 meters, front of the Nice Etoile Commercial Center, you find our street Rue paul Deroulede By Taxi : Rates between 20 to 30 euros.

    Hotel De Florence was in an excellent central location. The room was comfortable & adequate. The staff were exceptionally polite & helpful. We stayed an extra night.

    This hotel is located in heart of everything, and the old Nice is just minutes away as well as the train station or bus service to the airport. I enjoyed the opportunity to browse the shops and see more of Nice before reaching the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive, yet easy going at the same time. I liked how the staff in the italian restautants next door communicated well with the hotel staff and customers. I'd stay here again, definitely.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room was not so clean. The location was exellent!
