We were happy with the hotel and facilities, but would not eat here again. The breakfast was good, but the evening meal was bad, and certainly not worth the money. Couple of nice looking pubs down the road would be our choice next time. |

The bath plug in our room (36) alowed the water to slowly seep out therefore we were unable o have a comfortable bath. The shoe cleaning service did not happen. Mine were left outside, as per the room instructions, but were very clearly not polished/cleaned. |

Excellent hotel - extremely well run. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed in garden room was hard and uncomfortable and TV didn't work but the receptionist immediately moved us to a different room in main building which was perfect. Food was excellent though quite expensive - similar prices to best restaurants in London. |

Fantastic setting in large grounds. The room we had was their basic 'the classic', it was superb, large with a sitting area and comtemporaory decor to a very high standard. Ideally located for the Stratford/Cotwolds areas. Definately a place we would go back to. |
