The hotel needs to provide residents with keys to the hotel for access after the doors are locked, 11pm. We got in at 3am and had difficulty gaining access, rang the bell a number of times, then had to hammer on the door to wake up the night porter, sorry to any guest we disturbed! |

Room was oddly shaped, claustrophopic and in need of a revamp. I felt that for the money we had paid we had been let down as I was expecting so much more. Since visiting I have noticed that the rooms have been advertised at much lower prices which I think is more acceptable. We only saw one room so its hard to say if the rest of the hotel is the same - Im sure some of the sea view rooms are very good. |

Hotel room itself was adequate, bathroom shower was poor and did not have any pressure, television did not have a proper signal on any channel 1-4 no satellite television as advertised and parking in the car park despite the fact we were staying in the hotel was an extra £5 per day. Staff were friendly and helpful but I feel the hotel was expensive for what facilties were on offer. |
