I had read negative reviews about this hotel (mainly by British visitors, perhaps too demanding?) but they proved unfounded. I am Spanish and a Hotel General Manager myself and found this venue really good. Taz in reception offered us an excellent welcome and a free upgrade to a superior room as we arrived earlier than the expected check-in time. Ace!!. The room was a delight. Bar service was the only nag for me as the girl behind the bar seemed surprised when I asked for a Tequila...I don't think she knew what it was !! She was a bit moody or perhaps just having one of those days. Anyway, nothing major to "complain" about. These things happen. Quay7 restaurant good if service perhaps a bit slow when only a few diners in. Menu very good value for money. Overall a very pleasant experience and very close to the "heart" of the city. I would recommend it anytime. |

Excellent stay at the hotel and enjoyed leisure facilities. Just a shame there was a fire alarm during the night. |
