We had a suite and the furniture was old and stained as was the bed cover. We did report this to the duty Manager but he did nothing about it. We paid £200 per night and stayed for 3 nights, it was awful. I will never stay at a Ramada HOtel again. I do not like moaning and this is a genuine review. If you loke feather pillows take your own as they do not have any.

Short, not very pleasant, walk to DLR station. Frequent service but always change at Canning Town. Great place if you like Docklands area.

Made very welcome by reception staff and waitress was pleasant and helpful.
Requested the internet deal for the evening meal. Satisfied with the quality of the food both in the eveining and at breakfast.
