Room was above smoking area. Small and not appointed as you would expect of 4star accomodation. Was kept awake by smokers talking all night (inc. Staff) then cleaners first thing. Not a good way to start an important day!!!

I was charged for a bar bill that was not mine. It took 2 letters to the hotel manger before this was resolved.
