Good location - no parking a bit of a pain but enough to not go back! Enjoyable stay...

2nd stay, great location for the city centre shopping and dining. willl stay there again. staff in restaurant a bit abrupt. reception staff very good.

Clean, modern hotel situated near the main shopping area in Palma. Beautifully decorated in a minimal style. Easy to walk to the cathedral and port. We only had breakfast at the hotel (great choice including smoked salmon & champagne!) and chose to eat out at the numerous tapas bars nearer the port in the evening for a more lively atmosphere. Hotel is great for a city break, but wouldn't recommend it for a family holiday . If you want a balcony, request a room at the front of the hotel (overlooking a main road), or a ground floor room at the rear (small terrace, in shade all day).

Neither down-town nor out of town. Swimming pool (aka hot tub) desolated as opposed to quiet as was the rest of the hotel. A nice hotel which seems to miss both the business market and the holiday makers - OK for a night in town but can't see it being suitable for a longer stay.

An excellent hotel in a superb location. Rooms were of a good size and spotlessly clean, Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Only gripe is about selection at breakfast it was very limited, the restaurant was too small to cope with the number of guests and clean tables were not readily available. However I certainly wouldn't let this put you off. We used this hotel for a short break and compared to other city hotels it is one of the best in which we have stayed it definitely deserves its star rating is well worth a visit.
