Very clean and comfortable. Modern decor etc gives that fresh and crisp feel. Room was quite small but adequate - we weren't planning on dancing around the place! Didn't pay for breakfast as that comes at an extra cost. For the money and location this is a very good offer and car parking on site at a rate of £3.50 per night is very reasonable. would definately return.

name of booking at desk was incorrect, receptionist sent us to wrong room originally (this room was occupied). a non smoking room was requested, upon enereing room, there was a heavy smell of smoke, as my partner is asthmatic we asked to change, and after much hassle and rudeness from the duty manager, they eventially located a second room for us. requested wake up call for 10am, receieved this at 9.35am. alltogether a hugely disappointing stay.
